We take utmost care to ensure that products are properly packed and sealed in eco-friendly conditions. However, if a customer receives a damaged product, THE SAPPHIRES holds responsibility to cover the total purchase price agreed upon at the time of purchase, including shipping charges.
We also offer a 14-day return policy. If a customer returns the unopened product within the specified time frame, we will refund the full purchase amount excluding shipping charges. Please note that no refund or exchange will be applicable for products that are damaged or mishandled by the customer.
